Orders ship from Tucson, Arizona. We usually ship all in stock orders within five business days. Back ordered items typically ship within two to four weeks. Special order items may take 2 to 16 weeks depending on the nature of the item(s) requested. Tres Amigos will contact the customer with the estimated delivery time. Please be aware that large items are shipped by ground freight or common carrier. These carriers require that a person be at the place of delivery at the time the items arrive. If an item ordered is out of stock, the customer will be notified of the backorder time before processing the order.
Shipping Included On all orders to most addresses in the continental US!
Exceptions include remote rural areas, areas not normally served by transportation companies, secluded mountain areas and offshore islands requiring sea freight. Be advised that due to recent, drastic increases in oil prices, there could be additional fuel surcharges added to your order.
The size of each order will determine the method of shipping. All small orders will be shipped via DHL, UPS, FEDEX or US Postal Service. Large furniture orders will be shipped by ground freight or common carrier. If the shipping address is not within the continental US or is an exception, as noted above, Tres Amigos will contact the customer with shipping charges before the order is processed.
Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day or Expedited Shipping is Not Free
Customers may choose to have orders shipped Overnight, 2-day, 3-day or Expedited Freight. Please indicate special shipping requests when Tres Amigos calls to verify invoice fulfillment and payment confirmation. These shipping methods are not included as part of the free shipping offer. Customers will be contacted when the order is ready to ship with the additional charges that will be applied to the order. Customers can avoid this extra contact if they indicate in the comments section of the order the following or similar phrase - “OK FOR EXTRA CHARGES FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING.”
Orders for small items placed before 12:00 PM MST will usually ship the same business day provided the item(s) are in stock. Orders for large items placed before 12:00 PM MST will be given priority and will usually ship the following business day provided item(s) in stock. All orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will ship the following business day provided item(s) are in stock.
Inside Delivery, Arrival Notification & Lift Gate Service
INSIDE DELIVERY, ARRIVAL NOTICE AND LIFT GATE SERVICE IS/ARE NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THE TOTAL PRICE BUT THEY ARE AVAILABLE! Please know that the basic terms of service with the freight carrier do not allow for the deliveries to be moved inside a home or building, delivery before or after regular working hours, or delivery on weekends. Typical service will unload the product from the delivery vehicle to the front door or drive way. It is the responsibility of the customer to make the necessary arrangements to transport the product(s) inside. These additional services may be needed if the order consists of large furniture items and help will not be available to move the item(s) into the home or office. Please request “Additional Shipping Services” during checkout and Tres Amigos will contact the customer to discuss the additional needed services. If these additional services are needed, Tres Amigos will arrange to ship the order to a transport company in the area that offers inside delivery if the contracted carrier does not already provide the service. Additional shipping charges will apply and must be accepted by the customer prior to the order being processed and shipped. The order could be delayed in an effort to make these additional arrangements. Tres Amigos is not responsible for the quality of service experienced by customers who request such services from these independent companies. Tres Amigos is not financially responsible for shipping delays beyond standard shipping times.

Payments Methods Accepted
Customers choosing to have goods sent internationally: Tres Amigos accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards ONLY. We do not accept any other forms of payment
IMPORTANT: Credit Card Info for International Orders: You must fax or scan and email a photocopy of your credit card (both front and back of card) to info@tresamigosdemexico.com. Failing to do so will cause order delay or cancellation. Shipping address must match the billing address for the credit card.
It is Tres Amigos policy that all international orders be prepaid in US dollar funds prior to scheduling shipment.
Important Notice of Customs Policy
Orders shipped outside the US and US territories may be subject to import taxes levied when the goods reach the country of destination. Additional charges that may apply for customs clearance are the responsibility of consignee (customer). Tres Amigos has no control over these charges and therefore cannot be responsible for their payment. Please contact your local customs office for further inquiries. It is the responsibility of the consignee (customer) to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are being received.
If shipping company cannot collect duties, customs and/or brokerage fees from consignee, Tres Amigos will charge the applicable fees to the customer’s credit card on record.
Be advised that orders shipped “over-the-border” are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In addition, Tres Amigos may be required to supply certain order, shipment and product information to international carriers. When requested, this information will be communicated to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws. Also - Orders may be held up in customs for inspection, resulting in a delay in receiving the order. Please contact the customs office regarding shipment delays of this kind.
International Terms Agreement
Orders to be billed and/or shipped to an address outside the U.S. will require a signed agreement of the Tres Amigos International Terms Agreement. This agreement will be sent via e-mail unless otherwise requested. Basically this agreement states that the customer will be responsible for all import taxes, tariffs or other import or customs fees. Orders will not be processed or shipped until a valid reply is received at the address indicated in the email communication.
Shipping International Orders
International orders and orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States require additional shipping and handling fees. Customer may also be asked to provide an alternate method of payment if the billing address is not verifiable. The customer must reply to the international shipping quote via e-mail to accept or decline the additional freight charges. International orders will not be processed until the additional freight charges are accepted. Once the additional shipping charges are accepted via e-mail the order will be processed. If the additional freight charges are declined or no response is received within 48 hours regarding the additional freight fee, the order will be canceled automatically.

It is EXTREMELY important that you provide us with your COMPLETE physical address, which includes a VALID postal code. Once your package leaves the United States, we are not responsible for lost packages, and you will not receive a refund.
